Your goal, as business developer, is to open a market via specification which eventually leads to profitable sales. You pro-actively analyse a market via desk research and work together with our digital marketing team to touch relevant architects & designers. You actively follow-up on leads, connecting them increasingly to our company.
You love to work in monthly sprints organising effective short trips to cities like London, Amsterdam, With a backpack of new connections, project opportunities and winning insights you come back and get to work. You follow-up on accounts, map decision makers & influencers and register them in our CRM tool with a smile. You succeed to pro-actively work together with sales, booking specification successes.
You implement the defined specification strategy (long term goals translated into quarterly Objectives and Key Results) to expand Specification Sales.
In line with our ESG engagement, you infuse every contact with integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations and you champion sustainable and responsible business initiatives.
With your charisma, perfect verbal communication skills & right questioning, you engage the customer on the basis of added value. Like no other, you manage to have our target audience hanging on your every word and encourage them to absorb our collections to the maximum.
You're experienced in Business Development and your result driven approach motivates you to book successes. You speak and write fluent English and your self-starter-mentality makes you autonomuous in your position.
